The short version

Your info stays between you and one local contractor — we never sell it to marketers or spam lists.

What we collect

What you enter in the quote form (service, ZIP, project details, name, phone, email), how you found us (ad or campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as utm or click IDs), plus a consent record (the consent text shown, time, page address, browser information and IP address). We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

• One local contractor partner for your service and county, so they can contact you about your project. That contractor pays SurfaceGuard Quotes for the referral.
• Service providers that help us run the site — our website host, Netlify, which also receives form submissions, and our email provider — only to operate the service.
• If required by law.

We do not sell or share your information with marketers, data brokers, call centers or lead resellers, and we do not send your request to multiple contractors.

Contact & opt-out

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To stop calls or emails, or to ask what we have about you, ask for a correction, or have it deleted, email privacy@surfaceguardquotes.com. We'll also ask the contractor we referred you to to stop contacting you; they're an independent business, so you may need to contact them directly as well.

Retention & security

We keep your request and consent record only as long as needed to handle your request and to keep proof of your consent, and we delete your information on request (except where we must keep a record of consent or an opt-out). The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we limit access to lead information to the people who need it.
