No guarantee. We check contractors as described on How we vet contractors, but we don't guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, schedule or warranty.
Your agreement is with the contractor. Any estimate, contract or payment is between you and the contractor.
Free for you. Using this site costs you nothing and there's no obligation to hire. Contractors pay us for referrals.
Contact consent. When you submit a request you agree to be contacted as described in the consent statement on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Accurate info. Please submit only your own, accurate contact information.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, SurfaceGuard Quotes isn't liable for the acts or omissions of contractors.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
